This is not my actual first post, but it is my first post on this blog. I am going to talk a little bit about my winter and late fall training. Hack squats are going to be the bread and butter for the leg dept on the gym side of it. I am going to get so I can do 10 sets of 3 reps with 315lbs, and then eventually get so I can do 10 sets of 10 reps with the same weight. But in the meantime spinning at home, and XC snow shoeing as well through the winter. Doing this should give me ample enough wattage for riding. I am excited to get things rolling. It should be an interesting result come spring time. Also I would like to drop some weight as well. See if I can get down to 195lbs or so. That would be nice to accomplish.
