TT number 4.

Having done some serious riding since my last TT, I was hoping to get a better time and a faster speed average. Feeling good, and feeling well rested I went to work at it after arriving home from work. Here are the results, and they should speak for themselves.

TT 10km
Time 12:40
Average speed 46.8
MHR 193
Maximum speed 60.3km

Feeling that I am finally making some progress, I am glad and excited to see what I can get my time down to. It is sure exciting, and not to many things have been making me excited these days.

TT time once again.

After the first time trial I had a little bit to think about to say the least. This time I tried to be steady and strong, instead of tapering off in the middle and hammering in the end. My time was a little bit faster, and it is going to take sometime until I am able to really make a substantial difference in my results.

Here they are.
10km TT
Time 13:40
Max Speed 57.3
Maximum heart rate 195 bpm

The odometer on the bike 3530.1km since St. Patrick's day of last year. Not so much but there will be a substantial difference come spring time.

Single Speeding in the Cold

It was supposed to get +3 today, and I sat around until 4:00pm waiting for it to get warmer. The temperature only rose to -16 and I ended up riding for just over 2 hours. It was cold and I was dressed warm enough, but started to bonk near the end of the ride. Until next time, ciao for now.

Time Trials.

This is my first time I have ever done this kind of thing. Time Trials were Greek to me, and now I can see why they are an essential part of training.
I am no where near Dallas or any of the fast riders around, but I am going to try and shorten the gap. I am no especting to beat them, but maybe be a little bit competitive with them.

Feb 5,08 TT for the first time
10km 14:06 minutes
Max Speed 74.6kph
Maximum heart rate 196bpm
